Course Overview
This advanced-level course, part of the Personal Mastery Learning Program, is designed to equip VA employees with the tools they need to be resilient and proactive in times of crisis, change and uncertainty. Managing Uncertainty to Maximize Outcomes (MUMO) provides an overview of the crisis response process and the role of positive event interpretation in change responses. Using VA-specific scenarios, you will learn how to minimize the negative impact of a workplace crisis and maximize its outcomes using effective analysis and proactive behaviors. --
This blended course includes several components including web-based training (WBT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and collaborative group activities.
